Tri County Community Council

 Assists with electricity and gas once a year per applicant. Applications are taken on the 1st Monday of the month. Sports registration for school-aged children, CAN classes, work uniforms for new employment, Medication  (no narcotics or ongoing meds), rent-must  prove hardships .

Salvation Army

  Money for utilities comes in on the 15th of the month and is given out on a first come,  first serve basis. The client makes an appointment with the case worker to determine eligibility.  Utility assistance is given once every thirteen months. Rental assistance if client has 3-day viction notice. Must apply in person.  Clothing, food, diapers, and personal hygiene items.

Shelter House

 For victims of domestic violence and/or sexual violence who need immediate assistance, call the (850) 863-4777 hotline.  Shelter House is not a local shelter of a homeless shelter. It provides counseling,  support groups,

 Homeless street outreach- providing information to connect to resources to assist people experiencing homelessness with housing. Access point for housing assistance programs. Operate the  Helping Hands House where clients can  shower, do laundry, get supplies emergency  shelter and cold weather shelter below 40  degrees
